1. Progress Report
  • Request for an amendment to be submitted:
    • Professional Development component ~ cumulative versus monthly.
    • Walk-throughs will begin the second year after the boards have been implemented and administrators have been trained.
  • Discussion of the 12 hour PD requirement for administrators:
    • PISD has invited David Warlick (to be a keynote speaker) for the Diversity Conference.
    • Kathryn Ives will send out information.
  • Discussion regarding time in the summer for teachers to collaborate:
    • Possible national speakers Marzano or Warlick (pulling together our resources)
    • Sponsor a day for the collaborative (to bring the region together)

2. Evaluation Report
  • Ensuring that student data is secured (FERPA) ~
  • Discussion about masking student data
  • We need to discuss our external evaluator's request with our supervisors.

3. Installation Timeline
  • All LEAs have installation date scheduled except BISD and SMISD.
  • Procomputing has suggested March 29-30 for BISD.
